Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that FIFA has finally selected three female referees for the first time after 92 years of the tournament.
The ladies are: Stéphanie Frappart (France), Salima Mukansanga (Rwanda) and Yoshimi Yamashita (Japan).
They will be referees at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

"The 2022 Men’s World Cup in Qatar will see female referees for the first time in history. They’re only 3 and one of them is Rwanda’s Salima Mukansanga.
"She’s also the first female referee to officiate an AFCON match.
She is just 35. Has a degree in Nursing and Midwifery."
