RESIGNATION: NNPP wants Peter Obi Gregory to join its political party after withdrawing and dumping PDP - People's Democratic Party

Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that NNPP wants Peter Obi Gregory to join its political party after withdrawing and dumping PDP - People's Democratic Party. 

Taking to social media, the New Nigeria People's Party (NNPP) asked if Peter Obi would like to join its political party.

NNPP wrote: "Is #PeterObi planning to join our great party, the New Nigeria People's Party, #NNPP?"

Recall that yesterday, Peter Obi Gregory, revealed he had resigned from PDP.

Statement reads:

RESIGNATION FROM PEOPLE'S DEMOCRATIC PARTY (PDP) AND WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PRESIDENTIAL CONTEST:

"I'm writing to inform you of my resignation from the People's Democratic Party (PDP), which was conveyed to the chairman of Agulu Ward 2, Anaocha lGA informing you of my withdrawal from the PDP presidential primaries. 

"It has been a great honour to contribute to Nation building efforts through our party. Unfortunately, recent developments within our party make it practically impossible to continue participating and making such constructive contributions. 

"I wish to thank you personally for your graciousness and leadership. I wish you well and best of luck in the service of country."
