Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that South African Twitter Influencer, Vuyo Unchained, has pleaded guilty to sexual assault (rape). (Read More Here).
A few years back, Vuyo Unchained, was called out on Twitter for raping a straight man. He was dragged and he later disappeared from social media.
According to sources, Vuyo Unchained lied that he was off social media because he lost access to his account, while he was actually in jail for rape and he was eventually granted bail.
Taking to social media, MM revealed that Vuyo Unchained's Court case ended today and it was a win case for the victim. Now, court has given Vuyo Unchained a 5 year suspended sentence with a criminal record and registered as a sex offender.
M.M wrote: "Vuyo Unchained sexual assault case concluded today.
Vuyo Unchained pled guilty to sexual assault. He received a 5 year suspended sentence with a criminal record and registered as a sex offender."
Meaning of suspended sentence: simply means he won't be going to jail. M.Webster explains more: "a legal arrangement in which a person who has been found guilty of a crime is not sentenced to jail but may be sentenced for that crime at a future time if he or she commits another crime during a specified period."
Statement from SAPS reads:
"Which you reported, is being investigated under the case reference quoted above - sexual assault. Should you obtained further action information in this regard or wish to be updated regarding the investigations you're advised to contact the investigating officer."
