A letter in our possession suggests that on or around 06 May 2022, Dr Salebona Simelane, the Registrar of the University of Eswatini wrote a letter to the ForHim Security Services Managing Director informing him about the termination of the contract.

“The University has noted with concern the flagrant disregard of the terms of the Agreement entered between yourselves and the University. In terms of the Agreement you were to provide security risk management and protection service in respect of its Campuses and Farms for the purpose of preventing crime generally and for preventing loss of or damage to property and injury to the persons caused by theft, burglary vandalism, fire, violence or other related criminal activities at all times during the subsistence of same.
