Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that the IGP in Ghana and a few police officers have visited Nkoranza and parts of the Bono East Region following the attack on the Divisional and District Police Headquarters. (Read More Here).
Recall that there were protests in Nkoranza following the mysterious killing of 27-year-old guy, Albert Akwasi Donkor in Ghana.
Ghana Police Service wrote:
"IGP visits Nkoranza and Parts of the Bono East Region Following Attacks on the Divisional and District Police Headquarters
"We bring you a live coverage from Nkroranza, where the Inspector-General of Police Dr. George Akuffo Dampare, some Police Management Board (POMAB) members, and the Bono East Regional Police Command interact with personnel, chiefs and some community members, inspecting damages caused with the view of finding lasting solution, promoting peace, maintaining law and order, and making efforts to cement public trust.
"The team is on a foot patrol on some principal streets in Nkoranza."
