Married man and civil servant, Ashley Kalale, with four (4) children in Mkushi commits suicide at his girlfriend's, Florence Mazuba, house.

Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that The people of Mkushi woke to a rude shock this morning to discover that Ashley Kalale a employee of Mkushi District Council and specifically a driver to the Council Secretary has committed suicide in the house of his girlfriend a Police Officer,Florence Mazuba. 

Circumstances surrounding his suicide are not clear but information coming out is that Ashley Kalale is actually a married man and has been seeing Florence for over a year now in whom he had invested a lot of money. On 15 June 2022, the deceased happen to spot his lover being picked by another man by the name of Nevers Sikanyika and taken her to Harvest Inn lodge. 

The deceased trailed them and as Sikanyika went in to book a room, he confronted his girlfriend who failed to give a reasonable explanation. This made the deceased to remove the keys from ignition of his rival's car and a confrontation ensued between the two rivals.

The deceased was able to walk home with his trophy girlfriend where it is said that they quarrelled leading to him committing suicide. 

Sikanyika's car is still parked at Harvest Inn as the car keys that were gotten by the deceased have not been found. Meanwhile the body of Ashley Kalale is lying in Mkushi hospital Mortuary while the lady has since gone into hiding.
