SENZO MEYIWA TRIAL: Longwe Twala, Kelly Khumalo, Gladness Khumalo, Zandile Khumalo, Tumelo Madlala, Mthokozisi Twala and Maggie Phiri are named in a document from DPP of South Gauteng high court that says they should be charged with murder

In the docket (case 375) , Longwe Twala, Kelly Khumalo, Gladness Khumalo, Zandile Khumalo, Tumelo Madlala, Mthokozisi Twala and Maggie Phiri are cited as those who should be charged for Senzo's murder. 

Mshololo tells the court she cannot continue with cross examination. She says a statement by Mosia which is contained in a 2nd docket (which implicates Kelly Khumalo and others) was only given to her this morning.

This is a late disclosure of this docket during a trial.

Accused number 5 has been prejudiced by the behaviour of the state, she says.
