Ukraine's President Zelensky addresses the African Union in a virtual session and only 4 African Heads of State attended

Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Ukraine's President Zelensky addresses the African Union in a virtual session. 

Only 4 out of 54 invited African Heads of State attended the virtual session.

He said Africa is being held hostage, after the rise in food and fuel prices due to the Russian-Ukrainian War. 

President Zelensky said the rise in food and fuel prices due to the war has affected millions of African homes.

The virtual session was attended by Senegal's President Macky Sall, Cote d'Ivoire's President Ouattara, Libya's President al-Menfi and Congo's Pres. Sassou-Ngnesso.
