In the trending video, the yet-to-be girl is seen smoking the shisha while some adults were around her and couldn't stop her from taking the shisha.
Towards the end, the little baby is seen coughing after inhaling such. The video has gone viral on social media, and it has caused stirs.
According to a few persons, they said the little girl is from South Africa, while some are saying the little girl is from Zambia and others are saying she's from Zimbabwe.
From the adults talking, they sounded like and spoke the native language of South Africa.
