Taking to social media, Victoria, shared a video of the yet-to-be-identified woman’s hand filled with rashes and eczema.
Victoria wrote: "A girl got engaged and showed her ring. A week later her hands were covered in rashes and eczema. Drs say it’s a reaction, & the suspicious say it requires prayer. Must everything be an attack."
