Its not easy to reach the top. But its most important to do everything to remain relevant whilst on top to avoid nose diving. It's not to make it in the music industry. Each stage in the industry has its own way on how to handle things. 

The Brand Yo Maps has radically grown over the years. Certain positions comes with responsibilities. Certain positions will require you to speak in public. To address the people. You need to know your capabilities. 

You need to have the message to communicate to the people, you need to understand the Audience you're addressing you need to understand the environment. 

And above all the media or platform you're using to address the people.
