Taking to social media, Walter, revealed he had invited Nakamanya for a Phaneroo Church program, but he or she didn't come.
Walter revealed that Nakamanya decided to attend the Blankets & Wines event.
Norbert Walter wrote: "I invited someone for #Phaneroo last Thursday. She said she was sick, fatigued, and couldn't move.
Then I saw her posting pics from Blankets & Wines the next day.
"Nakamanya, I have just one thing to say, remember Lot's wife. Today is On!"
