VIDEO: Mother Jodiii blasts Sesame Place theme Park over statement released after Rosita refused to high-five and shake hands with two little black girls; Baby Paige and her friend

Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Mother Jodiii has blasted Sesame place over statement released after Rosita refused to high-five and shake hands with two little black girls; Baby Paige and her friend. (Read More Here).

In the trending video, Rosita is seen as she ignored two little black girls who wanted a high five after paying attention to a white person.

Rosita rejected their hands by using her hand gesture to say 'No.' THE VIDEO has gone viral and it has caused outrage in the United States of America.

Sesame Street’s Langhorne, Penn., theme park, has taken to social media to release a statement regarding the video.

Sesame Place wrote in a statement: "Our brand, our park and our employees stand of inclusivity and equality in all forms. That is what Sesame Place is all about and we do not tolerate any behaviors in our parks that are contrary to that commitment. We also are, and always have been, committed to making sure very family and every child has the best possible experience at our parks and we are incredibly disappointed when that does not happen. Regarding the incident yesterday, the costumes our performers wear sometimes make it difficult to see at lower levels and sometimes our performers miss hug requests from guests.

"The performer portraying the Rosita character has confirmed that the 'no' hand gesture seen several times in the video was not directed to any specific person, rather was a response to multiple requests from someone in the crowd who asked Rosita to hold their child for a photo which is not permitted. The Rosita performer did not intentionally ignore the girls and is devastated about the misunderstanding. We spoke to the family and extended our apologies and invited them back for a special meet-and-greet opportunity with our characters. We apologize to these guests for not delivering the experience they expected and we commit to do our best to earn their and all our guests's visit and support."

After releasing the statement, the mother of the Little girl took to her Instagram story to call out Sesame place. Talk about adding insult to injury," she wrote. "I really tried to handle this situation calm as possible but I am hurt, and that response just made it worse! The character could've just waved to everyone or just kept walking, but to blatantly look at my kids and say no... Don't try to tell me he can't see lower levels. He looked at them and said no!! So embarrassing and hurtful. I will repost this video everyday until the situation is handled. Signed: A hurt mom."

An Am wrote: "#BabyPaige & her cute lil friends went to @SesamePlace this weekend to celebrate Paige's 4th birthday & this is how #SesamePlace treated these beautiful Black children. I'm HOT."
