"After the health examination, the results were declared healthy and currently further examination is being carried out regarding the reports that have been submitted," said Zulpan
"After the examination, the next step will be whether legal action will be taken against the person concerned, as asked, I cannot say. Later, the investigator will decide because the examination has not been completed," he said.
"This (detention) was carried out because there were concerns from the investigator concerned that he would eliminate evidence and so on as stated in Article 21 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Procedure Code," said Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Zulpan at a press conference at the Polda Metro Jaya, Jakarta, Friday.
"Investigators have decided that starting tonight Roy Suryo Motodiprojo as a suspect in this hate speech will be detained," he continued.
