Taking to social media, Tobias Justin, shared a video showing the moment he proposed to Sisca Kohl at a private restaurant. (Read More Here).
While at the restaurant, No Limit told Sisca Kohl to turn her back so she could look out. She did and behold 'Will you marry me?' is written outside.
Sisca Kohl broke down in tears after reading what she had seen. She went out of the little restaurant, where No Limit was kneeling on the ground with an engagement ring in his hand, which she accepted.
