Irjen Pol, Ferdy Sambo, arrested and detained at the Police Mobile Brigade Headquarters in Mako Brimob Detention Center, Kelapa Dua, Depok

Kasus kematian anggota Polri, Brigadir J atau Nopryansah Yosua Hutabarat memasuki babak baru. Mantan Kadiv Propam Polri, Irjen Pol Ferdy Sambo ditangkap. 

Anonymous sources claim that former Internal Affairs chief Police Inspector General Ferdy Sambo was taken by the Police Mobile Brigade from the criminal investigations office to their detention center, in relation to the death of Brigadier Joshua Hutabarat. 

"He has been arrested and detained at the Mako Brimob Detention Center, Kelapa Dua, Depok," said a source at the National Police Headquarters when confirmed by MPI. 

"I am here to fulfill the summons of the Police Criminal Investigation Unit investigators. Today's examination is the fourth one. I have given information to the South Jakarta Police investigators, the Metro Jaya Police, now the fourth one is at the National Police Criminal Investigation Unit," said Sambo. 

1. Kasus Brigadir Yosua sepertinya tidak akan pernah diungkap secara jelas.

2. Bahkan Amnesty International Indonesia mengatakan dan mempertanyakan Ferdy Sambo yang mempunyai Jabatan sebagai Kepala Satgassus Polri. 

3. Penyidikan Kasus Brigadir Yosua dilakukan oleh Dirtipidum Mabes Polri dan Dirkrimum Polda Metro.

4. Dirtipidum Mabes Polri dijabat oleh Brigjen Pol Andi Rian adalah mantan Wadir Pidum ketika Sambo menjabat sebagai Dir Pidum. 

5. Andi Rian memiliki kasus pelanggaran kode etik yang diketahui Sambo, sehingga Andi tersandra oleh Sambo.

6. Bahkan ada upaya intervensi Brigjen Hendra Kurniawan yang setia mendampingi Bharada Richard Eliezer ketika dilakukan pemeriksaan oleh Dirtipidum Mabes Polri.
