Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Korir property has put up Jubilee party building along Thika Road in Pangani area for auction.

In 2018, the then Jubilee party deputy secretary Caleb Kositany claimed the party was paying about Sh90 million in annual rent for its Pangani headquarters.
