LinkedIn Social media post of Suspect, Raissa Kengne, explained before Midtown Atlanta shooting

The suspect behind the triple shooting that happened on Monday afternoon in Midtown Atlanta, has been identified as Raissa Kengne.

As it was previously reported, the incident went down at a condo complex on West Peachtree Street where two people were shot. Then, another person was shot a few blocks away on Peachtree. Police officers as well as SWAT teams swarmed Peachtree Street with K9s near Colony Square following reports of an active shooter. While searching for Kengne through the city camera system, a surveillance shot eventually led to Kengne being located and arrested at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. She was detained near the south baggage claim and police recovered the firearm believed to have been used in the shooting.

The victims who died were identified as 41-year-old Wesley Freeman and 60-year-old Michael Shinners. The third shooting victim, Mike Horne, is in the ICU and will require additional surgeries, according to reports. So what made her do it? During a press conference, police said that it appears Kengne targeted all three victims. But a social media post provides more details about a possible motive. On her public LinkedIn page, she posted a fiery message a day before the shooting condemning building management. As pointed out by the @atlscoop, Kenge wrote her complaints stemmed from a case of alleged fraud involving a former employer. It read, “Why I started my own consulting and accounting firm? 2/6 In 2021, I was retaliated against by my employer at the time
BDO USA, LP. My home was broken into, my computers were hacked, and my phones were spoofed. I reported several violations...
