The Bishop of Ekwulobia, Peter Okpaleke, has been sworn in as a cardinal by Pope Francis.
He was part of the 20 new cardinals sworn in on Saturday by the Catholic church.
Congratulations to Peter Cardinal Ebere Okpaleke (Bishop of Ekwulobia-Nigeria) as he is being ordained by Pope Francis barely an hour ago at the Vatican! My President is here live!!!
