VIDEO: IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati says the Returning Officer for Embakasi East, Daniel Muchoka, has been reported missing from his station

Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati says the Returning Officer for Embakasi East, Daniel Muchoka has been reported missing from his station. 

Excused himself from tallying centre to make a phonecall and did not return. He is so far unreachable.

Chebukati: I have been trying to reach him without success. A missing persons report has been made at Embakasi police station. IEBC 'deeply concerned', and calls for urgent investigation into the returning officer's disappearance.
