The spokesperson of the state police command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, who brought her plight to social media, said the young lady cannot remember her name.
He has asked for help to locate her family.
Hundeyin wrote: "Precious Leonard aged 20 was found wandering. She cannot remember anything but her name and age. She is currently with the police, safe.
"Kindly share this information with her family and friends to enable them get reunited."
