Kedibone Letwaba from Hammanskraal alleged that her neighbor, took her by force and raped her, she later came to withdraw the case saying the neighbor is actually her boyfriend she was just angry because he's cheating.
She was found guilty and sentenced to 4 months imprisonment or a R2000 fine, suspended for 5 years,
