The incident apparently went down at the Armani Hotel Dubai back on May 14.
Eyewitnesses said he had just met the woman and she was pissed after the encounter.
The NSFW video is the latest in a series of misbehaviors by the 34-year-old.
Last season, he stripped off clothes in the middle of a game against the Jets and quit on the team and possibly the rest of his career.
Of course, his latest shots at Brady are especially low, considering the fact that the Buccaneers quarterback is currently going through some marital issues with his wife, Gisele. You can bet Tom won’t be happy when he sees this.
