A man, Mr. T, from Paris, France was legally granted to not be fun at work after he filed a lawsuit againt his former employer for wrongful termination

A man from Paris, France was legally granted to not be fun at work after he filed a lawsuit againt his former employer for wrongful termination. Court documents stated the man, identified as Mr. T, was fired from Cubik Partners in 2015 after he reportedly refused to participate in seminards and weekend events.

According to the Washington Post, Mr. T’s lawyers stated the events were filled with “promiscuity” and “excessive alcohol.” Additionally, Mr. T said the company’s way of having “fun” was promoting degrading and intruisive acts which included mocking sexual acts and forcing him to share a bed with another co-worker during work functions.

Mr. T was hired by the company in 2011 as a senior consultant and he was promoted to director in 2014. A year later, he was fired from his position due to professional incompetence. The company also stated he used a certain tone towards his fellow co-workers and allegedly had the inability to accept feedback or different points of view.
