“i don’t wanna be Christmas forever elonmusk please help i’ve made a mistake” - Doja Cat panics as she realizes that verified accounts currently can’t change their display name anymore

Doja Cat panics as she realizes that verified accounts currently can’t change their display name anymore.

Doja Cat complained about her Twitter name with a set of tweets that were shared to her account in Wednesday evening.

The 27-year-old rapper recently changed her name to Christmas and has been regretting her new online moniker, and she took to her account in an effort to contact someone who could potentially help her with the matter.

The Say So performer's dilemma commenced not long after Twitter's new owner, Elon Musk, announced that a change in a Twitter user's online name would result in the temporary loss of a checkmark.

Although Doja Cat appeared to be having issues with her Twitter account, she seemed to be just fine with her Instagram, as she shared several shots to her account on Wednesday.

In the snaps, the singer showed off a new eyeshadow palette while posing for the camera.

The performer donned an all-black outfit that included a slightly oversized jacket and a set of knee-high boots.

She later sported a multicolored bodysuit, and her jet-black hair remained free-flowing in all of the shots.

The Playday singer who recently changed her account name to “Christmas” is now regretting it, as she is having a hard time changing it back to previous.

She took to her account in an effort to contact someone who could help her with the matter.

“i don’t wanna be Christmas forever elonmusk please help i’ve made a mistake” she wrote.

The rapper commenced shortly after Twitter's new owner, Elon Musk, announced that a change in a user's online name would result in the temporary loss of a checkmark.

Doja began her inquiries by simply asking: “Why can't i change my name on here.”

To which the 51-year-old entrepreneur took notice of her concerns, as he simply responded: “Working on it!”
