INTERIOR PHOTOS: Rapper, Future, bought a $16.3M house in Miami

Future bought a $16.3M mansion in Miami. Future recently dropped a whopping $16.3 million to acquire a breathtaking mansion in the heart of Miami. (Read More Here).

The Life Is Good hitmaker, 38, who recently earned $250,000 for rapping on Megan Thee Stallion's track Pressurelicious, purchased the large-scale home, which is comprised of seven bedrooms and a backyard that offers space for a mini tropical getaway. It’s the same neighborhood that Lil Wayne is currently selling his $30M mansion.

Real estate sources explained that the luxurious mansion sits on Allison Island, which is located just north of popular Miami Beach, reported TMZ.

Once inside the sprawling mansion, the owner and guests will be greeted with large floor-to-ceiling windows that give a bright and cheery atmosphere as well as tons of natural light.

The walls are painted in a plain white hue, in order to keep up with the modern design.

The home contains plenty of storage, and was designed with smooth wooden floors throughout the entire layout.

Future's latest mansion purchase has stunning views of the surrounding, shimmering water and shading palm trees.

The master bedroom is more than just a room with a simple bed, and also contains a full wet bar, a wine fridge, and two walk-in closets.

A private entrance to a balcony that wraps around the entire length of the home is also attached to the master.

Modern appliances are included in the kitchen and bathroom spaces for a proper up-to-date feel.

The singer-songwriter, whose real name is Nayvadius DeMun Wilburn, bought the 7,250-square-foot, seven-bedroom house at 6493 Allison Road, according to sources. Laurent and Pascale Ouazana sold the property. Laurent Ouazana was CEO of Entoria, one of the largest insurance brokers in France, and is now a board member, according to LinkedIn.

Future, who has won Grammy and BET Awards, bought the Allison Island compound at an 18 percent discount off the $19.9 million asking price, according to the listing. He recently sold the publishing rights to his catalog to the investment firm Influence Media Partners in a deal valued in the “high eight figures,” Variety reported in September.

The "Mask Off" rapper just bought a $16.3 million home on Allison Island in Miami Beach. The place is absolutely palatial ... it's 8,897 square feet of pure luxury, as the 7-bedroom home features picturesque water views from the super exclusive island.

Future's new crib has a backyard that sounds straight out of a tropical resort ... there's a pool and a spa, plus multiple dining areas and even a place to park a yacht. Miami living at its finest.
