The “Bad Guy” singer, 20, and rumored boyfriend Jesse Rutherford, 31, made light of their much-discussed 11-year age gap with their Halloween costumes — dressing up as a baby and an old man, respectively.
The Neighbourhood’s frontman wore a bald cap with dotted with tufts of gray hair for his look, along with a matching mustache, while Eilish sported a bright pink bonnet and bib printed with teddy bears, along with baby doll-inspired makeup.
While some fans defended the pop star and her apparent beau — “You do realize they’re making fun of y’all right?” one tweeted — most were horrified by the couple’s costumes.
“Billie is grown enough to know how weird and creepy this is btw,” one wrote, while another tweeted, “idk if jesse rutherford realizes this but dressing up in a costume that makes fun of his grooming accusations is exactly what a groomer would do.”
“can’t believe billie eilish and jesse rutherford didn’t dress up for halloween,” a third joked, while still others labeled their Halloween looks “very weird” and “so embarrassing.”
The pair have not posted about their costumes on social media but the ensembles were branded 'sick and twisted' by fans. The pair's 11-year age difference, especially as he may have known her since she was a minor, has recently sparked backlash across social media.

The new couple aimed to poke fun at their age-gap romance at this year’s festive Halloween bash. However, Eilish, 20, and Jesse, 31, have been slammed by fans for their ‘sick and twisted’ outfits.
For the spooky holiday, the Happier Than Ever singer dressed up as a baby and opted for. She donned the creepy doll-like makeup and wore a pair of pink rabbit slippers.
Jesse, on the other hand, transformed into an old man. He sported a bald cap complete with grey hair and also dyed his moustache and eyebrows grey.
The Neighbourhood lead singer also wore wrinkled aesthetics to complete his look.
Eilish and Jesse have not posted pictures of their costumes. Fans reacted to their costumes after Pop Crave shared their picture on Twitter.
One internet user wrote, "She's of legal age and all but this couples costume feels uncomfortable." While a third person tweeted, "I wish I could wash my eyes with soap and scrub this from my mind."
