PLASTIC SURGERY? Americans react to how thick and big ass Bebe Rexha has as she gets booed during performance at 2022 Thanksgiving Halftime for Bills and Lion match

Americans react to how thick and big ass Bebe Rexha has as she gets booed during performance at 2022 Thanksgiving Halftime for Bills and Lion match.

There's nothing quite like a Thanksgiving Day concert.

The ambiance, the colors, the joy; it always tends to be an enticing experience, especially when there's football involved.

The Lions are hosting yet another Turkey Day extravaganza, this time against the high-octane Bills. If that's not enough to get you out of your seat, then the halftime performer should.

Detroit enlisted Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Bebe Rexha to put her vocal chops to the test in front of a sold-out crowd.

Rexha, who has been streamed more than three billion times, will be joined on stage by EDM icon David Guetta, the sort of clash of musical stylings that should make for an entertaining mix.

When looking at some of the biggest pop-rap mash-ups in the 2010s, Rexha's name was an ever-present.

The 33-year-old Brooklyn native with Albanian roots made serious waves in the music industry after lending her pen to Eminem and Rihanna for the 2015 smash hit "The Monster." She parlayed that into high-profile features on G-Eazy's "Me, Myself & I" and Martin Garrix's "In The Name of Love" in 2015 and 2016, respectively.

Rexha has kept it going in the years since, teaming up with country duo Florida Georgia Line in 2017 for "Meant To Be", a tune that racked up well over a billion streams en route to a diamond certification.

Rexha's music has spurned countless viral moments, with her recent collaboration with Guetta — "I'm Good (Blue)" — gaining serious traction as a TikTok anthem.Detroit was feeling a little blue after Bebe Rexha hit her oddly obstructed stage to perform a medley of her hits during her halftime show at the NFL's annual Thanksgiving Day matchup.

After the Detroit Lions and the Buffalo Bills retreated to their locker rooms for the mid-game break, Rexha took the stage — which, judging by a fan-shared video from the game, happened in a tiny corner of the stadium — to power through several of her hit songs, including a rendition of her 2015 David Guetta/Nicki Minaj/Afrojack smash "Hey Mama" amid a setup inspired by the 1999 movie The Matrix.

When Rexha finished singing and launched into a dance-based breakdown in the middle of the song, the crowd audibly booed the artist. But it seemingly wasn't because they didn't like her performance, it was because they couldn't actually see her performance.

"Bebe Rexha was getting boo'd here in Detroit for not even being visible from the crowd during her performance. Lmao," one Twitter user wrote alongside a video from the event.

While her halftime show didn't land with everyone in Michigan, "I'm Good (Blue)" quickly became one of the biggest hits of Rexha's career following its release in August. Atop earning a Grammy nomination for Best Dance/Electronic Recording, the song reached No. 1 in the United Kingdom and Australia, and peaked at No. 7 in the United States — Rexha's highest-charting song since "I'm a Mess" went to No. 35 in 2018.

Literally everyone is going to be watching the games throughout the day — even the non-football fans. And that means, to keep them occupied, you need a great halftime act.

For today’s Lions-Bills game, popstar Bebe Rexha stepped into that role.

The thing is, though, her performance also everyone dizzy. Part of her performance called for some wild camera action that spun the broadcast around in circles — quite literally.
