Miracle was on the phone with the dispatcher while her mother, Viola Fair, experience labor pains; moments later, she was ready to give birth to Jayla. 911 Dispatcher Scott Stranghoener said Miracle followed his directions to a “T” and did an amazing job helping her mother give birth.
Fair said she was proud of her daughter since Jayla was born three weeks before her due date on October 23. “It was definitely a miracle because once I had the baby, she came out, I couldn’t really grab her and pick her up, and then Miracle came, and she wrapped her up in a towel,” she told KENS 5.
