In another news, Nelson Khubeka, who is a former municipal manager of the Dr JS Moroko Local Municipality, is in hot water with Hawks for allegedly committing fraud amounting to R4.3 million in Mpumalanga. He has been arrested for serious commercial crime, fraud and theft.
