A 19-year-old man has been charged with helping illegal immigration after four migrants drowned while attempting to cross the Channel into Britain on an inflatable boat. 

According to regional authorities, one of those killed in Wednesday's tragedy was a teenager. A British fishing boat rescued 39 migrants, including 12 children.

On Sunday, police said Ibrahima Bah, of no fixed address, had been charged with facilitating attempted illegal entry into Britain. He will appear in court on Monday, according to police."
