Ginni Thomas confirmed in her Jan 6 deposition testimony the “best friend” she referred to in texts with Mark Meadows was in fact Clarence Thomas

Ginni Thomas confirmed in her Jan 6 deposition testimony the “best friend” she referred to in texts with Mark Meadows was in fact Clarence Thomas.

Ginni Thomas confirmed in her Jan 6 deposition testimony the “best friend” she referred to in texts with Mark Meadows was in fact Clarence Thomas.

Ginni’s texts implied that calls with Justice Thomas helped her to “keep holding on” as she worked to overturn the 2020 election. The Ginni Thomas interview transcript shows that Clarence and Ginni Thomas have been close friends with the criminal insurrectionist, John Eastman, for many years

Clarence Thomas should be forced off the Supreme Court. In deposition, Ginni Thomas acknowledges being at White House Ellipse on Jan 6, not going through the magnetometers, being with "regular people"... and then makes a reference to "a lot of Chinese Americans were there".

In her deposition, Ginni Thomas tells House Select Jan 6 Committee that she had "no role" in organizing or funding buses to Washington on Jan 6.

A noteworthy exchange between Ginni Thomas and Rep Liz Cheney (R-WY), then Rep Adam Schiff (D-CA)

They ask about the baseless claims of fraud... and Thomas invokes the claim that "millions of people" believed election fraud occurred. Cheney and Schiff push back.

In his deposition, Trump aide Jason Miller told Jan 6 Committee he's been told Vice President Pence wasn't trying to "stick it to" Trump by releasing statement of defiance at 1253pm on Jan 6, *during* Trump speech.

Jason Miller told Jan 6 Committee he found VP Mike Pence's statement ahead of electoral vote certification to be a "surprise" and "blunt", considering the timing.

Note this from page 232 of Jason Miller's deposition

Even as the Congressional proceedings began at 1pm on Jan 6, 2021-- Trump hadn't yet accepted the finality of having lost the election.

Jason Miller explains something of a social media strategy in this response to Jan 6 Cmte

When asked why tweeted out "You'll never take back our country with weakness" after Trump said it at 1216pm on Jan 6.. Miller said his tweeting of Trump speeches was kind of "pro forma".

When asked by Jan 6 Cmte what he thought of Trump's 224pm Jan 6 tweet about Mike Pence lacking "courage"... Jason Miller told panel "Not good"

Less clear is his response to "Did you think (Trump) needed to say something else?"

"It wasn't particularly the tightest-run operation"

Trump aide Jason Miller's response to Jan 6 question about Trump team, including Chief-of-Staff, Press Secretary and family who could've been working up a statement from Trump after Capitol attack.

Jason Miller to Jan 6 Cmte:

He says the team put halt to booking campaign allies for media appearance at 416pm on Jan 6, as attack was underway

**Then Miller acknowledges, the Trump campaign surrogates sometimes "offer up ideas that weren't fully vetted .. or constructive".

Trump aide Jason Miller said on the night of Jan 6, 2021 (after the attack) he called Trump. He said Trump put call on speakerphone w/ First Lady... and Miller says Melania Trump "expressed shock & anger" that any Trump supporter would participate in violent activity.

Trump aide Jason Miller described his nighttime call with Trump after the Jan 6 Capitol attack

Miller said Trump claimed "This can't be our people".. "We love the police"...... "That's what Democrats do".

Jason Miller, over the course of a lengthy deposition with Jan 6 Cmte, describes extended conversations after the Capitol attack in which Trump and First Lady deny Trump supporters were responsible for the Insurrection.
