According to Fox 5 News, 23-year-old Timothy Brice and the victim, Azayn Antrobus, had sex with a woman at an apartment in Cockeysville early in the morning on December 7. The woman told investigators that the men began to argue with each other later in the morning. Brice pulled out a handgun and shot Antrobus, according to charging documents.
Police say that they tracked down Brice because the woman dialed 911 while she was in a vehicle with Brice. Court documents indicate that no one spoke directly to the 911 operator; the 911 operator overheard a man and a woman talking about a shooting and believed the woman may have been held captive by the man, according to charging documents.Due to the nature of the 911 call, police believed that the woman may have been in immediate danger and used cell phone tracking information to find the phone, according to charging documents.
Police say when they found Brice,he had a 9mm Glock in his waistband. He is facing one charge of first degree murder and one charge of using a firearm while committing a felony.
