VIDEO FOOTAGE: Republicans compare arrest of Andrew Tate Top G and his brother, Tristan Tate, to The Matrix movie after being arrested for sex and human trafficking in Romania

Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Republicans compare arrest of Andrew Tate Top G and his brother, Tristan Tate, to The Matrix movie after his arrest for sex and human trafficking in Romania.

REPUBLICANS are pushing the false narrative that Andrew Tate has been released. A republican went as far as posting an old video of Andrew having a conversation with Fox News.

Twitter immediately corrected such fake news. Information reads: "The video attached on this tweet is from August of 2022, and is not recent.
Andrew Tate remains detained in Romania."

Romanian authorities needed proof that Andrew Tate was in the country so they reportedly used his social media posts. His ridiculous video yesterday featured a pizza from a Romanian pizza chain, Jerry's Pizza, confirming he was in the country.

Controversial ex-kickboxer and and social media influencer Andrew Tate has been arrested for allegedly abducting two girls in Romania.

A handcuffed Tate, 36, who rose to fame this year for his sexist and misogynistic views, was filmed being led from his luxury villa by police following a raid on Thursday. His younger brother Tristan, 34, was also arrested along with two further suspects, with all four being held for 24 hours in Bucharest.

He was this week involved in a spat with climate activist Greta Thunberg with Tate boasting of his supercar collection and asking for Thunberg's email address to "send a complete list of my car collection and their respective enormous emissions". Thunberg hit back in a tweet which is now among the most-liked in history, saying: "Yes, please do enlighten me. Email me at smalld***[email protected]."

Tate is a former kickboxing world champion and has been linked with boxing fights with YouTube brothers Jake and Logan Paul, as well as with their fellow social media star KSI. He also appeared briefly on Celebrity Big Brother before being kicked off after a footage emerged of him allegedly beating a woman. The woman later insisted her relationship with Tate was consensual.

The Brit, who was born in Washington DC but raised in Luton, is under investigation by the Directorate for Investigating Organised Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT) and reports in Romania claim he and his brother are being questioned on suspicion of forming an organised crime group which used girls in adult videos.

The siblings were also questioned in April when police reportedly found two girls who claimed they were being held against their will. The brothers were released while the investigation continued but were detained again on Thursday in connection with an investigation into human trafficking, rape and forming an organised crime group.Romanian prosecutors said the Tate brothers along with two unnamed people "appear to have created an organised crime group with the purpose of recruiting, housing and exploiting women by forcing them to create pornographic content. They would have gained important sums of money."

A spokesperson for Tate told the Daily Mirror : "We cannot provide any details at the moment regarding alleged reports that they have been detained; however, Andrew and Tristan Tate have the utmost respect for the Romanian authorities and will always assist and help in any way they can."

Tate was the most-searched man on the internet earlier this year before he was banned from social media sites including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter, as well as YouTube. His Twitter account was restored when Elon Musk completed his takeover of the tech giant and Tate resumed posting immediately.

He went on to gain notoriety online, with Twitter banning him for saying women should "bear responsibility" for being sexually assaulted. He has since been reinstated.

"The four suspects ... appear to have created an organised crime group with the purpose of recruiting, housing and exploiting women by forcing them to create pornographic content meant to be seen on specialised websites for a cost," prosecutors said, according to the Reuters news agency.

The brothers have been under investigation since April alongside two Romanian nationals.

Video circulated widely on social media appears to show Mr Tate and his brother being led away from a luxury villa.

Romania's Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT) issued a statement, but did not name the Tate brothers, stating that two British citizens and two Romanian citizens were suspected of being part of a criminal group focused on human trafficking.

It also released a video of the raid, showing guns, knives, and money on display in one room.

Mr Tate moved to Romania five years ago.Prior to gaining worldwide notoriety, Mr Tate - a British citizen who was born in the US - fought professionally as a kickboxer and won world titles.

In 2016, he entered the Big Brother house but was soon removed after a video was circulated, which appeared to show him hitting a woman with a belt.

At the time of his expulsion from the show, Mr Tate said the video had been edited, calling it "a total lie trying to make me look bad".

He went on to gain notoriety online, with Twitter banning him for saying women should "bear responsibility" for being sexually assaulted.

Mr Tate has been banned from other social media platforms like YouTube, Facebook and Instagram, with TikTok also removing him, saying "misogyny is a hateful ideology that is not tolerated".

His posts on other online sites promote misogyny and target women and have millions of views, with the BBC's disinformation and social media correspondent Marianna Spring saying earlier this year his content had "raised concerns about the real-world effect it could have".

Alongside former US president Donald Trump, he has recently been allowed back onto Twitter following Elon Musk's takeover.

On Wednesday, Mr Tate became embroiled in a war of words on Twitter with climate activist Greta Thunberg. Self-described misogynist Andrew Tate and his brother will face questioning by the country's organized crime and terrorism team as part of the probe into alleged sex crimes and human trafficking offenses.

It's believed that his online spat with Greta Thunberg contributed to the timing of the raids - which came a day after he taunted the climate activist while posing alongside a Romanian pizza box, potentially confirming his location to authorities.

A spokesperson for Tate told DailyMail.com: 'We cannot provide any details at the moment regarding alleged reports that they have been detained; however, Andrew and Tristan Tate have the utmost respect for the Romanian authorities and will always assist and help in any way they can.'

The US State Department and FBI did not immediately respond to requests for comment on Thursday evening.

Chicago-born Tate, whose full name is Emory Andrew Tate III, has been branded 'the king of toxic masculinity' for his online diatribes against women - which have gained him notoriety and millions of followers.

Tate, a former pro kickboxer, first came to prominence when he appeared on the reality show Big Brother in 2016, but was ejected from the show after a video surfaced online which appeared to show him striking a woman with a belt – a clip he claimed had been edited.

According to a translated statement from the investigators, six women who were allegedly sexually exploited by the organised criminal group have been identified.

“The four suspects … appear to have created an organised crime group with the purpose of recruiting, housing and exploiting women by forcing them to create pornographic content meant to be seen on specialised websites for a cost,” prosecutors said.

“They would have gained important sums of money.”

Earlier this week, the British national was told to get a life by climate activist Greta Thunberg on Twitter after he told her he owned 33 cars with “enormous emissions”.

Andrew Tate’s reported arrest on December 29 on suspected human trafficking and rape charges has blown up on the internet.

With the influencer taken into custody in Romania, alongside his brother Tristan, speculation has been rife about Tate’s viewpoints as well as his actions.

Asmongold is known for not holding any punches when it comes to these big moments in news, but his comparison of Tate’s arrest to Martin Luther King Jr’s persecution has caught the ire of those online.

He was quick to add just because he’s distrusting of the government doesn’t mean he’s automatically on Tate’s side: “Why would you think I trust Andrew Tate? You think I can only trust the government or Andrew Tate? What if they’re both lying? Don’t put words into my mouth.”

However he’s highly suspicious of the arrest and the discourse around it, and no matter what the outcome is, it could be corrupt.

“He could get arrested and be arrested because it’s some kind of corruption shit, or he could be let free because of some corruption shit. I think it’s extremely consistent when you think about it.

He also mentioned the Andrew Tate arrest, and subsequent legal drama, is “probably going to be content for me for the next two weeks.” It comes after many streamers used the Johnny Depp and Amber Heard trial for content earlier in the year, which divided the streaming community.

“I’m very thankful for this. If there is a trial, I’m sure Andrew Tate, with as much of an egomaniac as he is, will have the trial televised. We’ll be waking up at 8AM every day to watch this. We will be farming these guys in or outside of prison no matter what. I am super excited for it. All of the videos on this will be monetized.
