According to Burbank authorities, DeBarge was arrested around 3:40 AM Sunday where officers noticed he was already stopped at a gas station & had expired tags when they approached. PD went on to mention that they also saw an expandable metal baton in plain sight in DeBarge’s vehicle which is an illegal weapon.
Burbank PD was then prompted to further search his vehicle which is when they allegedly found pepper spray, suspected narcotics & DeBarge without a valid driver's license.
As of now, DeBarge was arrested and booked on several charges but posted $25K bond and is due back in court in March.
