Mariah Carey is eager to get custody of her twins as she claims Nick Cannon’s new children and activities have prompted her to want full custody.

According to reports, Carey is going to petition for primary custody because the reality of the situation is that Monroe and Moroccan are always with her anyways. Nick doesn't see much of them, but he makes attempts to see them as much as possible.

A source close to Carey stated “She wants to put him on notice that he can't just flip in and out of their lives while he attends to his other children, so she wants legal standing as the twins primary caregiver. She doesn’t want to punish Cannon, she just feels compelled to do what is best for their children.”
