Sithelo filed court papers at Jhb High Court last week against the father of her two kids, Andile Mpisane and his mother, alleging that they abducted their three-year-old daughter Florence. In the court papers, the DJ has stated that Andile and his mother took Flo last year without her permission, relocated her to Jhb. She deems this act 'unlawful and unconstitutional. Shauwn allegedly requested to see her grandchildren in March 2022, but only Coco came back. The reason for this is apparently because Florence was sick and MaMkhize wanted to take care of her at her La Lucia mansion.
"For over ten months now, there has been no further communication [on her illness] … It’s clear that [Mpisane and Mkhize] had ulterior motives — which is to abduct [her]”.
“I would often have a WhatsApp video call, but I have since been blocked by the helper and have no access to the child at all".
“I cannot bring myself to negotiate a settlement concerning my child and her abductors.
“I would have been amenable to entertain any settlement negotiations with [Mpisane] if the child is returned home where she should be”.
