Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Ron Hall in shock after Lana Jenkins told him her ex-boyfriend is Owen Warner.
Love Island's Ron Hall has been left shocked after discovering that Lana Jenkins has a famous ex-boyfriend, in scenes to air on Monday night's show.
The makeup artist, 25, let slip during a game of Never Have I Ever about her hunky former flame, leaving the financial advisor and amateur boxer, 25, stunned. Lana confessed: 'My most recent ex-boyfriend is an actor.'
After the game, Ron was keen to know which celebrity Lana dated, asking: 'The actor, who was that?'
Lana said: 'It's my ex-boyfriend... he's called Owen Warner.'
Ron laughed, saying: 'So basically I'm competing with someone who's just come runner-up on a massive show and who's an actor and I work in finance, yeah, erm, sick. This is great.'
In the Beach Hut, Ron later added: 'That was a shock, I don't really know what to think about it...'
Ron is currently coupled up with Tanyel Reven, 26, but is still interested in getting to know Lana more.
Before entering the South African villa, Lana revealed she and Owen went their separate ways two years ago, after meeting through mutual friends in 2020.
She admitted she wasn't able to watch his stint in the jungle due to the split being too raw and still being heartbroken.
The makeup artist said: 'I have had one heartbreak which was my last relationship, but I think coming out of that made me a better, stronger person.
'I'm all about forgiveness. I think, if I forgive, then it makes me feel better. So I don't necessarily think a bad break-up is a bad thing in the long run.
'We've both moved on with our lives. He probably won't watch, because I wouldn't watch it if he was on there.'
She said: 'I watched the last one and that was it. He got to the final and that was amazing but I thought it was a bit weird to watch your ex for an hour every night on telly. It's just a bit weird.
'I did send him a message when he got out and said, 'well done that's amazing that you came runner-up'. It was nice.'
Lana, from Luton, didn't tell Owen, 23, that she had signed up to the ITV2 show and says she isn't expecting the Hollyoaks star to tune in when she enters the South African villa with nine other singletons.
She said: 'I don't know what he'll think but I hope he'll be supportive. He probably won't watch it because I wouldn't watch it if he was on there, but hopefully he'll be supportive of it.'
Lana and her family lived in Spain and featured in an episode of the ITV comedy Benidorm as an extra.
Years later and now she's on TV almost every night of the week on Love Island, trying to find someone who could be her perfect match.

She said: “We ended amicably, so I have nothing bad to say in terms of our relationship and the time that we spent together.
“I watched the final [of I'm A Celeb] and that was it because, obviously he got to the final, so that was amazing, and I thought I’d watch it out of support.
“But I just thought it’s a bit weird to watch your ex for an hour on telly every evening, so I didn’t bother.
“But I did send him a message when he got out and was like, ‘Well done. That’s amazing that you came runner-up.’ So it was nice.”
Lana shared her past romance on Love Island during a game of Never Have I Ever.
When they were asked if any of them had been with a celebrity, she drank, confirming she had been in a relationship with someone in the public eye before.
She later told Ron, who she has been interested in from the start, that it was the Hollyoaks star.
Reacting to the news he said: "So basically I’m competing with someone who’s just come runner-up on a massive show and who’s an actor and I work in finance, yeah, erm, sick."
He added in the Beach Hut later on: "That was a shock, I don’t really know what to think about it...”.
