The Melaka Sessions Court sentenced the 52-year-old man to five years in jail and two strokes of the rotan.
The accused’s ex-wife discovered the offence after her child complained of pain on his penis.
The accused’s lawyer pleaded for leniency as the man was providing for two schoolgoing children.
The court determined that his jail term would begin from Feb 11, the date of arrest.
