Yesterday, Governor Okezie Ikpeazu asked that he be brought to the Governor's Lodge Aba where the Governor personally presented him with a brand new Tricycle (keke).
Some people had been sent undercover to ask him how best to assist him abandon begging permanently. He said he could drive a keke if it is customized allowing him to hse his hands to do what he ought to have done with his legs.

The Governor gave him a customized keke yesterday and challenged him to stop begging and use the keke to support himself.

By the way, the guy, Mr Edwin Egede, is from Cross River State and is married with children.
