31-year-old Connecticut lunch lady, Andie Paige Rosafort, arrested after having sex with 14-year-old boy and sending him nudes

31-year-old Connecticut lunch lady arrested after having sex with 14-year-old boy and sending him nudes.

A school lunch lady from Connecticut has been accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old student at her school after grooming him via text.

Andie Paige Rosafort, a former lunch aid in New Fairfield, allegedly sent nude photographs and videos to a teenage boy via Snapchat over a six-month period and also had sexual intercourse with him. The New Fairfield Police Department began investigating the allegations after receiving information on January 17 that inappropriate behavior had occurred between Rosafort and the teenager.

A friend of the victim told her parents who then reported the suspected sexual assault to the police.

According to the affidavit, Rosafort had been communicating with the victim for six months through various social media platforms including Instagram and Snapchat.

At one point, the victim alleged how he received a message from Rosafort that asked: 'You want to see something?' before sending him a nude photo.

When the boy replied asking if she had possibly sent the picture by mistake, Rosafort sent a second unsolicited nude selfie.

Among the sexts the woman is alleged to have also sent were videos of herself masturbating to him over the course of several months.

Rosafort is alleged to have asked the 14-year-old to send her nude photographs of himself in return.

The victim also reported that Rosafort attended his sports games and sent him videos of him playing.

Police collected evidence that the victim and Rosafort were in the same location when the alleged sexual assaults occurred. Andie Paige Rosafort, 31, is facing several charges after authorities were alerted to an alleged sexual encounter the former middle school cafeteria worker had with a 14-year-old student, NBC Connecticut reported Monday. The charges reportedly include second-degree sexual assault, enticing a minor by computer and risk of injury to a child.

The victim revealed to investigators that Rosafort, who had been the lunch lady at his middle school, sent him unsolicited messages on Snapchat beginning in the summer of 2022. In September of that same year, Rosafort allegedly sent the student a message, “You wanna see something” before sending a nude photo of herself, NBC Connecticut reported.

The student told police that he was surprised by the photo and believed she had sent it to him by mistake. When he asked Rosafort about it, she reportedly responded with another nude photo and asked him to send photos of himself to her, the outlet stated.

While at a party with friends Jan. 13, the victim said he was messaged by Rosafort, who reportedly solicited him for sex, allegedly going so far as to drive to the party he was attending to pick him up. The victim then told police Rosafort drove a short distance away where they had “contact of a sexual nature” before the student, feeling uncomfortable, left the vehicle and returned to the party, the outlet stated.

The school district put her on leave after the allegations came to light at the end of February, and Rosafort resigned the next day.

She began exchanging messages on social media with the victim while he was in the eighth grade, according to the affidavit.

There was nothing sexual about the messages until September 2022, when Rosafort allegedly messaged him, "You wanna see something?" and then sent him an explicit image, according to the affidavit.

That was the first sexually explicit photo that she allegedly sent the victim, but she was known to "always talk to the freshman boys" and began conversing with the victim while he was in the eighth grade, according to the affidavit.

Her lawyer, Jennifer DeCastro Tunnard, declined comment as she awaits discovery materials, and the victim's family's lawyer, Gene Zingaro, also declined comment.

The school district didn't return Fox News Digital's call and emails for comment as of Tuesday afternoon.

After the victim received the first alleged explicit image in September 2022, he asked Rosafort if she sent it to him by mistake, according to the affidavit, and she allegedly responded by sending him another photo.
