A 3-year-old boy, Kganya Mokhele, who died after a bookshelf collapsed onto him at a crèche in Bedfordview earlier this week will be laid to rest In Spruitview, East of Johannesburg on Friday morning.

The family of the three-year-old boy who died after a shelf fell on him at a pre-school accuses the three teachers of negligence. 

Kganya was in one of the classrooms during snack time when he reached for something on the shelf that eventually fell on him.

According to the father, he said the footage shows the three teachers at the corner chatting. He said any toddler needs care and attention.
