Illegal Zimbabwean serial killer, Themba Dube, found guilty for the kidnapping and murder of seven women in Seshego including contravening the Immigration Act

Illegal Zimbabwean serial killer Themba Dube found guilty for the kidnapping and murder of seven women in Seshego including contravening the Immigration Act. Judge Gerrit Muller is expected to hand down the judgement tomorrow.

Life in prison for Illegal Nigerian murderer Dumkele “Ekere” Onyeghani. The 37 year old Nigerian has been found guilty of murdering Shaun Douglas Chabalala 23, who was thrown out of a seventh floor window of a block of flats in central Pretoria in 2018.

“He faces seven counts of kidnapping, seven counts of rape, seven counts of murder, and one count of illegal immigration. He was initially arrested on November 3, 2021, for possession of a suspected stolen cellphone, that belonged to a woman who was allegedly kidnapped in Lebowakgomo, in October 2021,” said NPA spokesperson in Limpopo, Mashudu Malabi-Dzhangi.

“The accused was in custody when the investigations led to the discovery of seven bodies of women, dumped at different locations in Seshego, Polokwane, Mankweng, and Westenburg policing areas. It is alleged that he would lure women with the promise of jobs,” said Mashudu Malabi-Dzhangi.

The trial is set to take place on January 16 to 27, 2023, at Polokwane High Court. Dube remains in custody.

Last year, the NPA said the women allegedly killed by Dube had been positively identified by their next of kin.

1. Sarah Moitswadi Mathiba, 42, who was reportedly kidnapped at Lebowakgomo.

2. Lesotho national Moleboheng Mothibeli, 34, was reported missing in Polokwane in October.

Dube is facing seven counts of murder, rape and kidnapping of seven women from Lebowakgomo, Seshego, Lebowakgomo and Mankweng for offenses committed from August 2021.

Some of the family members who are attending the murder trial of alleged serial killer, Themba Dube, at the Polokwane High Court say they are hoping for the whole truth to come out.

This as Dube is standing accused of rape, kidnapping and murders of seven women who were reported missing in Seshego, Polokwane, Lebowakgomo and Mankweng from August 2021.

One of the family members, Tshepo Ntini says they want to know why the suspect committed the offenses and who he was working for.
