"The client had surgery with us 6 days aho. She was properly investigated pre surgery: her blood level was adequate, her renal function, liver function and clotting profile were all normal.
"She was stable and doing well after surgery. Just like the 70 similar surgeries done so far this year. She was seen walking around (fully ambulatory) was visited by her cousin with whom she also took a walk with. She was with us four days when on the 4th day post surgery, the nurses detected that she was having some degree of difficulty in breathing with a low oxygen saturation and blood pressure."
