Pretoria High Court rules in favour of the 22 Afghans terrorists who wanted Asylum in South Africa. 

This is despite the fact the Home Affairs Minister opposed the Application and Entry of these fake asylum seekers into the Country.

Following the Judgement the Afghans are expected to travel from Zambia where they are on Tourist Visa into South Africa by Noon Tomorrow.
