R25K: The court has issued an order for the husband to pay maintenance for his stepchild

The court has issued an order for the husband to pay maintenance for his stepchild.

Husband who is a businessman and has an unemployed wife attempted to avoid paying child maintenance for his stepchild. 

However, he has been instructed to continue paying 25k  every month for the next 2 years. 

This is to allow the wife time to locate the biological father of the child and arrange for him to take on the financial responsibility.
