Rapper, Costa Titch, reportedly had a history of epilepsy before he passed away on stage during last performance at Ultra music concert at Expo Centre in Nasrec, Johannesburg.

According to information, the cause or the reason he died while performing on stage has been ascertained at the moment of filing the report by a source. 

"He suddenly collapsed on stage at Ultra after a terrible seizure," a source tells Kossyderrickent.
