Negros Oriental Vice Governor Carlo Jorge Joan Reyes took his oath before DILG secretary, Benjamin Abalos Jr., as the new governor of the province after the death of Governor Roel Degamo.
Vice Governor Guido Reyes is formally sworn into office as the new governor of Negros Oriental following the death of Gov. Roel Degamo.
He took his oath before DILG Secretary Benjamin Abalos Jr. Saturday evening.
