After years of investigations into the Lower Austrian Airborne Technologies GmbH, the public prosecutor's office in Wiener Neustadt has filed a criminal complaint. Five defendants have to answer for violating the War Material Act.

According to this German article, Erik Prince (brother of Betsy DeVos, Blackwater founder & traitor to America) has been indicted in Austria.

This means that the AUSTRIAN AUTHORITIES are doing a better job enforcing justice than our own @TheJusticeDept.

Erik Prince (53) was the head of the notorious US mercenary group Blackwater . He is considered the intimate of Donald Trump and Muhammad bin Zayid Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of the United Arab Emirates. And moves on the international stage only in the most elite circles.

In Austria, a free place in the dock will soon be waiting for the billionaire. Prince is one of five people cited by the Wiener Neustadt prosecutor in court. On April 20, the prosecution filed a criminal complaint under paragraph 7 of the War Material Act, authority spokesman Erich Habitzl confirmed to the KURIER.

The file number 48Hv 44/23t stands for an exciting judicial and weapons thriller about the suspicion of the illegal export of ordnance and war material - threatened with up to five years in prison. According to "Kurier" (Wednesday edition), the cause is essentially about two converted agricultural aircraft of the "Trush 510G" brand. The machines were equipped with special air reconnaissance technology by Airborne. The two models were finally modified by a Bulgarian partner company into a fighter aircraft called "T-Bird".

One of the armed planes then appeared in a war zone in Africa – according to Ö1 research in South Sudan. Export of Airborne's ordnance via the "Bulgarian back door" - this allegation was located by the prosecution, according to "Kurier".

According to "Kurier", the founder of the notorious US mercenary group Blackwater, Erik Prince, is one of the accused. The accused are specifically accused of violating paragraph 7 of the War Material Act, confirmed Erich Habitzl, spokesman for the public prosecutor's office in Wiener Neustadt, when asked by APA. The spokesman for the authorities did not give any further details. There was no information that one of the accused should be billionaire Prince.
