Sean Sapp noted behind Fightful’s paywall that Liv Morgan is injured. She was scheduled for a meet & greet at a Cricket Wireless store today, but she was replaced by Dolph Ziggler.
It was reported that Liv Morgan was injured during her WWE Women’s Tag Team Title match against Damage CTRL. Liv and Raquel Rodriguez were able to win that match, but it took a toll on Morgan.
Liv Morgan was scheduled for a Cricket Wireless meet and greet on Monday morning, but was replaced by Dolph Ziggler. WWE sources told Fightful that was because Morgan was injured in her tag team title defense alongside Raquel Rodriguez against the team of Damage CTRL.
On Raw Monday night, footage was shown of Morgan taking a kick during Morgan’s and Raquel Rodriguez’s tag team title match against Bayley and Dakota Kai. Following the footage, Rodriguez was seen in Adam Pearce’s office arguing with Sonya Deville and Chelsea Green, who were to be their opponents on Raw. However, Pearce said that Morgan was not medically cleared and the match would be postponed. A singles match was made for later on Raw with Rodriguez facing Green.
Morgan & Rodriguez have been champions since the April 10 edition of Raw, when they defeated Trish Stratus and Becky Lynch to become champions as a team for the first time.
